Brad Gilmer, Kay Anderson and Hugh Francis, IV obtain defense verdict in health care liability lawsuit

Congratulations on a job well done!! Brad Gilmer (first chair), Katherine (Kay) Anderson, and Hugh Francis, IV, defended a family practitioner in a case where it was alleged that the patient suffered numerous damages including the development of decubitus ulcers and eventually death. After a seven day trial the jury deliberated for thirty-five minutes and returned a defense verdict.
