Karen joined The Hardison Law Firm in 1994. She is active in the Memphis Bar Association, serving as chair of its Fee Dispute Committee and previously serving on the Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. Karen has been elected as a Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation "in recognition of devoted and distinguished service to the legal profession and the administration of justice and adherence to the highest standards of professional ethics and personal conduct." She has been awarded the prestigious "AV Peer Review" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Karen’s personal philosophy is to productively balance family and career. She is a native Memphian. She and her husband Michael, a physician, have two daughters. Karen serves on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Jewish Community Center. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and loves attending Memphis Grizzlies games.
