Jerry believes good results in the courtroom and in life occur because of hard work, preparation, attention to the details, and always doing the right thing. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and American Bar Association, and he has received several honors and recognitions, including being a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, as well as being listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and also making the Super Lawyers as a Top 100 Tennessee Attorney in the Mid-South since 2006. Jerry also was named by Best Lawyers as “Lawyer of the Year 2012 - Personal Injury Litigation — Defendants, Memphis" and "Lawyer of the Year 2016 - Medical Malpractice Litigation —Defendants, Memphis."
Jerry is married to Janita, and they have two children. He is a long-distance runner and loves to travel.
